Grilled Bacon Burgers

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat and mince the uncooked bacon.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the minced bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties and refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Toss the sliced onions and mushrooms with avocado oil and salt, and place them on a grill pan.
- Grill the vegetables for 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly charred, then remove them from the grill.
- Cook the burger patties on the grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- Let the patties rest for 5 minutes before serving with grilled vegetables and desired toppings.
