Instructions
- Mix the ground beef with kosher salt and chopped onion in a bowl.
- Gently form the mixture into 3 patties without overpacking.
- Chill the patties until ready to grill.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season both sides of the patties with kosher salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness.
