Instructions
- Combine all the patty ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into eight thin patties.
- Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan or charcoal grill and cook the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite buns and toppings.
