Ingredients

The patties

  • 2 ¼ pounds ground beef (lean or extra lean)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon American mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

To assemble

  • 8 pieces burger buns
  • ½ cup lettuce
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)
  • ¼ cup pickles
  • ¼ cup Big Mac sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the patty ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into eight thin patties.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan or charcoal grill and cook the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Assemble the burgers with your favorite buns and toppings.
