Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise and chipotle powder in a small bowl and whisk until combined; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, diced bacon, sea salt, dried onion flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into four quarter-pound hamburger patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve the burgers with spicy mayo and optional toppings between lettuce leaves or portobello mushroom 'buns'.
