Healthier Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 14.75oz can salmon, drained
  • cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with a fork and taste to adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Serve over greens, on toasted bread, or with crackers.
