Ingredients

  • 2 cans wild salmon
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 1 Persian cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • ΒΌ cup fresh chopped herbs (dill and parsley)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from the salmon cans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, celery, red onion, cucumber, capers, parsley, dill, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine and enjoy!
