Instructions
- Chop the Napa cabbage and grate the carrots, then place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter, vinegars, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, and stevia until well combined.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds into the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, mixing well to combine.
- Serve the slaw, garnished with the remaining sesame seeds.
