Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the sesame soy dressing and set aside.
- Finely shred the red cabbage, green cabbage, Napa cabbage, and carrot.
- Chop the scallion finely and set aside.
- Wash the shredded vegetables in a large mixing bowl under running water and drain.
- Use a salad spinner to remove excess water from the vegetables.
- Toss the vegetables into a serving dish.
- Scatter the edamame and garnish with watercress and fried noodle pieces.
- Dress with the sesame and soy dressing just before serving.
