The salad

green onions, finely sliced on the diagonal

coriander/cilantro leaves

Asian Fried Shallots (optional), to garnish
The dressing

rice vinegar

soy sauce

fish sauce (or more soy)

lime juice (or more rice vinegar)

sugar, any type

birds eye or other red chili, finely minced (optional)

Optional chicken addition

Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Combine the salad ingredients, except the Asian Fried Shallots.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with Asian Fried Shallots and serve.
