Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by combining all vinaigrette ingredients in a container and shaking until well mixed.
- Chop the cabbages and place them in a salad bowl.
- Thinly slice the onion into half rings and add to the bowl.
- Shave the carrot into thin shavings and add to the bowl.
- Shake the vinaigrette well before dressing the slaw.
- Serve the slaw chilled.
