Keto Cajun Shrimp Caesar Salad

The dressing and seasoning

Instructions
- Make the Caesar dressing and set aside.
- Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add shrimp in a single layer. Sear for 1 minute, then flip and sear another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with the dressing, tomatoes, and parmesan. Divide among plates or bowls and top each serving with Cajun shrimp.
