Herbed Cucumber and Feta Salad

Instructions
- Chop the cucumber and red onion, and add them to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the cucumber and onion, then toss to coat.
- Add the chopped mint, dill, kosher salt, and black pepper, and toss again.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve the salad chilled, preferably on the same day it's made.
