Instructions
- Peel and cut the cucumber.
- Halve the tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
- Slice the red onion and crumble the feta cheese.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the olive oil.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
