Instructions
- Chop and prepare all the vegetables, cheese, and herbs.
- In a large bowl, combine diced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, diced feta, and chopped parsley.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, then mix until well combined.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
