Ingredients

Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup small diced Granny Smith, Honeycrisp or Pink Lady apples
  • 1 cup small diced kiwi fruits
  • 1 cup small diced strawberries
  • 1 cup small diced peaches or nectarines
  • 2 tablespoons jam
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

  • 5-8 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped fruit in a serving bowl.
  2. Whisk together the jam and orange or lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the fruit and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour for better flavor.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Butter one side of each tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Stack and cut the tortillas into triangles.
  8. Place the triangles on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool and serve alongside the fruit salsa.
