freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
- Combine the chopped fruit in a serving bowl.
- Whisk together the jam and orange or lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the fruit and stir to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour for better flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Butter one side of each tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Stack and cut the tortillas into triangles.
- Place the triangles on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool and serve alongside the fruit salsa.
