Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Sugar Chips

The fruit salsa

cantaloupe, chopped

green apple, chopped

honey

lemon, juiced
The cinnamon sugar chips

cinnamon

tablespoons
coconut sugar
Instructions
- Wash and chop all the fruit and add to a large bowl.
- Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl, add honey and a pinch of sea salt, then toss to coat.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the tortillas into triangle shapes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tortilla chips on it.
- Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar in a small bowl.
- Spray the tortillas with oil on both sides and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over them, flipping to coat both sides.
- Bake the chips for 9-12 minutes until crunchy, watching carefully to avoid burning.
- Allow chips to cool and serve with the fruit salsa.
