Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

The fruit salsa

fresh lemon juice

The cinnamon chips

granulated sugar

flour tortillas (6-inch)

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- 2. In a large bowl, toss together the diced peach, mango, kiwi, strawberries, lemon juice, and strawberry jam to make the fruit salsa.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- 4. Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- 5. Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- 6. Bake the tortilla wedges for about 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown.
- 7. Let the chips cool to crisp up, then serve with the fruit salsa.
