Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

The fruit salsa

  • 1 each peach or nectarine, peeled and diced
  • 1 each mango, peeled, cored and diced
  • 3 each kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 pkg strawberries (16 oz), hulled and diced
  • tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry jam

The cinnamon chips

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 each flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss together the diced peach, mango, kiwi, strawberries, lemon juice, and strawberry jam to make the fruit salsa.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. 4. Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. 5. Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. 6. Bake the tortilla wedges for about 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown.
  7. 7. Let the chips cool to crisp up, then serve with the fruit salsa.
