Ingredients

Fruit Salsa

  • ½ cup kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • ½ cup raspberries, halved if large
  • ½ cup blueberries, halved if large
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Cinnamon Chips

  • 6 6-inch flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • cup sugar
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • to taste cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix the diced kiwis, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, honey, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray and arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer.
  4. Brush the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, repeating with any remaining tortilla wedges.
  6. Serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon chips.
