Easy Raspberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • cups frozen, partially thawed or fresh red raspberries
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3 pieces green onions, sliced
  • 1 small chili pepper, finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • a pinch sea salt
  • a pinch cumin
  • a pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash the raspberries slightly in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in lime juice, green onions, chili pepper, cilantro, sea salt, cumin, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately with chips or veggies, or chill until serving.
