Ingredients

The salsa

  • 1 12-ounce bag cranberries
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ cup green onions
  • 1-2 pieces jalapeño pepper(s)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

To serve

  • 1 8-ounce block cream cheese
  • to taste servings Ritz crackers
  • to taste servings tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Add cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño pepper(s), lime juice, sugar, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the ingredients are chopped to a medium consistency.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator if not eating right away.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
