Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) fresh cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 2 whole jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup raw sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse cranberries, orange zest, jalapeños, green onions, and cilantro in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in lime juice, sugar, and salt.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
