Healthy Cranberry Sauce

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the orange zest in a pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- If the sauce becomes too thick, add some water to thin it out.
- Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest.
- Serve as desired.
