Instructions
- Combine cranberries, maple syrup, water, orange zest, and salt in a medium saucepan.

- Once cranberries begin to burst, reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the juices thicken.
- Remove from heat and serve warm or at room temperature.
