Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine the cranberries, maple syrup, and orange juice.
- Cover and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until the berries are soft.
- Remove from heat and mash the berries.
- Slowly whisk in the chia seeds.
- Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to thicken.
