Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 whole orange (unpeeled)
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the orange into 16 chunks, discarding any seeds.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add orange chunks, cranberries, and sugar in batches.
  3. Pulse to chop finely and evenly, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Bring to room temperature and stir well before serving.
