Cranberry Orange Relish

Instructions
- Cut the orange into eight wedges, keeping the peel on.
- Pulse the orange wedges in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add half of the cranberries and pulse until they're chopped but not puréed.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.
- Repeat the process with the remaining orange wedges and cranberries.
- Combine all chopped fruit in the bowl, add sugar and cinnamon, and stir well.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Taste and add more sugar if necessary before serving.
