Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium orange (zest and juice)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place cranberries in a small pot.
  2. Add the zest and juice of the orange, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat over medium, stirring and cooking for about 8-10 minutes until thickened and tender but still bright in color.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
  5. Serve with savory recipes such as veggie balls, nut loaves, or lentil patties.
