Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 2 medium crisp sweet apples
  • 1 large orange
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Pulse the cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Process the apples and orange segments together until coarsely chopped, then add to the bowl with the cranberries.
  3. Stir in the orange zest and sugar until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.
