Cranberry Relish

orange, seeds removed and end trimmed off

Instructions
- Chop the cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped and transfer to a bowl.
- Chop the apple in the food processor until finely chopped and add to the bowl with the cranberries.
- Chop the orange in the food processor until finely chopped and add to the bowl with the cranberries and apple.
- Add sugar to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 3 days before serving.
- Serve, garnished with cranberries and orange zest if desired.
