Easy Red Salsa

Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, pepper, cilantro, lime juice, onion, cumin, salt, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse the mixture until well-blended but still semi-chunky.
- Taste and adjust the flavor as needed by adding more salt, lime, garlic, cilantro, or sugar.
- Serve immediately with chips or store leftovers in a sealed container.
