Fresh Homemade Salsa

Instructions
- Process 3 tomatoes, red onion, green onion, cilantro, lime zest, bell pepper, and garlic in a food processor until combined.
- Add the remaining tomato, salt, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and lime juice and pulse again.
- Adjust consistency to your liking, either chunky or smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a jar or serve immediately with tortilla chips.
