Ingredients

  • 4 medium Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 small Onion (cut into large chunks)
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium Jalapeño (seeds removed and coarsely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes and onion into large chunks, and coarsely chop the jalapeños and garlic.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
  3. Pulse until you reach your desired consistency, checking the salt before finishing.
