Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

fresh tomatillos, husked, washed, and cut in half

cilantro, about ⅓-½ cup

kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions
- Combine tomatillos and jalapeños in a blender and blend until finely chopped.
- Add onions, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and sugar to the blender.
- Pulse until garlic, onions, and cilantro are chopped but not completely smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
