Tomatillo Salsa

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler on high.
- Peel and discard the husks from the tomatillos, rinse them, and cut them in half.
- Place the tomatillos cut side down on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet and broil for 5 to 7 minutes until the skin is lightly blackened.
- Puree the broiled tomatillos with the onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño using a food processor, blender, or hand immersion blender until finely chopped and mixed.
- Cool the salsa in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
