Instructions
- Combine oil, vinegars, mustard, and honey in a jar; shake until emulsified.
- Vinaigrette can be made 1 month ahead; cover and chill.
- Drizzle vinaigrette into a bowl, add greens and herbs, and fold until coated.
- Season with salt to taste and mound salad on plates.
