Ingredients

The salad

  • 8 large hard-boiled eggs

The sauce

  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs using your preferred method and chill them in a cold water bath.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, and hot sauce in a bowl.
  3. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  4. Combine the chopped eggs with the sauce and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve as a salad or on toast/sandwich.
