Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs using your preferred method and chill them in a cold water bath.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Combine the chopped eggs with the sauce and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve as a salad or on toast/sandwich.
