Classic Egg Salad

hardboiled eggs

finely diced red onion

finely diced celery

mayonnaise

fresh chopped dill

finely diced radish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot with water covering them by one inch.
- Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath in a large bowl with ice and cold water.
- Transfer the eggs to the ice bath after 10 minutes to cool, then peel them.
- Chop four of the eggs and the remaining four eggs with yolks.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped eggs, onion, celery, radish, mayonnaise, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix everything together.
- Serve in a lettuce cup, on bread, or over a salad.
