Easy Egg Salad Dip

Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot and reduce to a light boil.
- Gently lower the eggs into the pot and set a timer for 8-12 minutes based on desired doneness.
- Prepare an ice water bath while the eggs are boiling.
- Once the timer goes off, transfer the eggs to the ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel and slice the eggs as desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs with mayo, mustard, dill, green onions, capers, red onion, pickles, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined and serve as desired.
