Instructions
- Layer the cooked brown rice mixed with maggi liquid seasoning at the bottom of a bowl.
- Add cottage cheese or Greek yogurt on top, followed by fresh herbs and pickled onions.
- Poach the eggs by simmering water in a pot, adding vinegar, and gently dropping in the eggs.
- Cook the eggs for about 3 minutes for runny yolks, then remove and place on a paper towel.
- Top the bowl with the poached eggs, drizzle with chili crunch and sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper.
