Spinach Rice Breakfast Bowls

Instructions
- 1. Boil one inch of water in a small saucepan with the lid on.
- 2. Once boiling, add the egg, cover, and boil/steam for exactly six minutes.
- 3. After six minutes, pour out the hot water, rinse the egg with cool water, and peel it immediately.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the cooked seasoned rice and frozen chopped spinach, then microwave for about two minutes until heated through.
- 5. Add butter, salt, and pepper to the rice and spinach mixture.
- 6. Place the peeled egg on top, drizzle with hot sauce, and enjoy.
