Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4-5 pieces frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp hummus
  • a pinch salt and pepper
  • a pinch sesame seeds
  • to taste sriracha

Instructions

  1. 1. Soft boil or fry the egg, keeping the yolk runny.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice and broccoli florets, and microwave for one minute until hot.
  3. 3. Add the hummus, cooked egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. 4. Drizzle with sriracha and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. 5. Enjoy your bowl!
