Instructions
- 1. Soft boil or fry the egg, keeping the yolk runny.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice and broccoli florets, and microwave for one minute until hot.
- 3. Add the hummus, cooked egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- 4. Drizzle with sriracha and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- 5. Enjoy your bowl!
