Instructions
- Combine BBQ seasoning, salt, and oil in a small bowl to create a rub.
- Rub the oil mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin.
- Place the chicken in the air-crisp basket of the Ninja Foodi and pour broth into the inner pot.
- Set the Ninja Foodi to HIGH pressure for 15 minutes, ensuring the pressure lid is sealing.
- After 15 minutes, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.
- Carefully open the lid and brush the chicken skin with melted butter.
- Set the Ninja Foodi to Air Crisp at 400°F for 20 minutes, cooking until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
