Soft Baked Cinnamon Roll Cookies

The Frosting

cream cheese, softened

powdered sugar

water or milk, as needed
Instructions
- Beat together the butter, sugars, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.
- Mix in the remaining cookie ingredients until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form the chilled dough into 12 balls and flatten them slightly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes until soft but set.
- Transfer cookies to a cooling rack to cool.
- Prepare the frosting by beating together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Spread frosting on cooled cookies.
