Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and coat an 8x8 baking dish with oil.
- Chop the peaches and add them directly to the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the topping ingredients and mix until evenly distributed.
- Spread the topping over the fruit in an even layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with dairy-free ice cream.
