Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- 2. Peel the peaches and slice them.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches with arrowroot powder, vanilla, lemon juice, coconut sugar, and nutmeg until coated.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and cinnamon for the crumble topping.
- 5. Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla to the crumble mixture and mix until it sticks together.
- 6. Pour the peach mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly on top.
- 7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- 8. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
