Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the frozen peaches in the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the almond meal, oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the maple syrup and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack.
