Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 lb frozen peach slices

The topping

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the frozen peaches in the baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the almond meal, oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the maple syrup and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack.
