Ingredients

The filling

  • 6 large peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder

The topping

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup agave nectar

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine peach slices with lemon juice, vanilla, and arrowroot in a large bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix almond flour, salt, baking soda, grapeseed oil, and agave for the topping.
  3. 3. Place the peach mixture in a 2-quart baking dish.
  4. 4. Crumble the topping over the peaches.
  5. 5. Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour until the peach juice is bubbling.
  6. 6. Remove the cover and bake for a few more minutes until the topping is golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve warm.
