The topping

Instructions
- 1. Combine peach slices with lemon juice, vanilla, and arrowroot in a large bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix almond flour, salt, baking soda, grapeseed oil, and agave for the topping.
- 3. Place the peach mixture in a 2-quart baking dish.
- 4. Crumble the topping over the peaches.
- 5. Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour until the peach juice is bubbling.
- 6. Remove the cover and bake for a few more minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- 7. Serve warm.
