Grain-Free Peach Crisp

The filling

The topping

blanched almond flour

celtic sea salt

palm shortening or grapeseed oil

honey or agave nectar
Instructions
- 1. Combine peach slices, lemon juice, vanilla, and arrowroot in a large bowl and toss to mix.
- 2. In another bowl, mix almond flour, salt, palm shortening (or oil), and honey (or agave) for the topping.
- 3. Place the peach mixture in a 3-quart baking dish.
- 4. Crumble the topping over the peaches.
- 5. Bake covered at 350°F for 45 minutes until the peach juice is bubbling.
- 6. Remove the cover and bake for a few more minutes if the topping is not yet browned.
- 7. Serve warm.
