Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the sliced peaches in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  3. In a food processor, combine almond flour and salt.
  4. Pulse in the butter, maple syrup, and vanilla stevia until mixed.
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and serve.
