Instructions
- Wash and dice the peaches into one inch pieces, then place them in a glass casserole dish.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Sprinkle lemon juice, cornstarch, almond extract, and sliced almonds over the peaches and stir to coat.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Incorporate the room temperature butter into the dry mixture until evenly mixed.
- Pour the crumble topping over the peach mixture and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
